We have a new opportunity for an Architect to join a leading developer, working across four large-scale residential schemes in London. This is an amazing chance to be directly involved in early-stage design and conceptual work. The role requires excellent 3D skills, strong knowledge of feasibility studies, and experience in developing layouts.

Their in-house design team plays a key role in shaping these ambitious projects, and they are now looking for an Architect to join their London office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop interior design concepts aligning with client objectives and requirements
  • Create realistic renderings and visualisations of interior spaces, layouts, and concepts
  • Conduct space planning and massing studies to optimise spatial arrangements and circulation flow
  • Develop detailed interior layouts, floor plans, and elevations in compliance with building regulations and accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design, with a focus on interior layouts and visualisation
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino, along with rendering tools like V-Ray or Lumion
  • Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual representations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of UK building codes, regulations, and standards related to interior design and architecture
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
