Architect Job in Hook, Hampshire

A new Architect job is now available to join a well-established Hampshire practice with a reputation for delivering high-profile projects across the UK and internationally. This role would working on major Residential and mixed use schemes.

With over 40 years' experience this is an award-winning RIBA Chartered practice delivering projects from small-scale developments to schemes exceeding £1bn. Their diverse portfolio spans residential, retail, leisure, mixed-use, conservation, commercial and education sectors, including landmark destinations such as Bicester Village, The Hoover Building and Covent Garden Market Buildings. Offering in-house expertise across architecture, interior design, planning and visualisation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop residential and mixed-use schemes from concept to delivery
  • Lead design and project management of complex building types
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with clients, consultants and colleagues
  • Prepare and review technical drawings using Revit
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction legislation

Required Skills & Experience

  • ARB registered Architect with proven UK experience
  • Strong Revit proficiency
  • Excellent technical knowledge and design flair
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships
  • Track record of delivering large-scale or complex projects
  • Collaborative approach with leadership capability
