Part II Architectural assistant Job in North Basingstoke

We are currently working with an award-winning practice who has a new Architectural Assistant job working from the office just North of Basingstoke. The role offers flexible working hours, competitive salary and assistance with achieving part III.

The practice is situated in a small village to the north of Basingstoke. They practice of 16 people has a broad portfolio of projects including education, residential commercial and leisure. Due to continued Success, they are now seeking an Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on all RIBA stages
  • Assisting with production of design and technical drawing packages
  • Using AutoCAD daily.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Part II qualified
  • Knowledge of the UK planning regulations
  • Good presentation skills
  • Confident in the use AutoCAD
  • Due to the office location, you would need your own transport.
