We are working with a company who specialises in the design and detailing, procurement and installation of natural stone for building exteriors, interiors and hard landscaping. Their objectives are to offer a natural stone solution whether it be for an exterior or interior façade where natural stone cladding, ashlar or stone faced precast panels require integration with various types of backing walls and/or structures or for a hard landscaping project.
As their business success continues they are looking to strengthen their team to assist with the management of our projects from inception through to delivery.
Typically, they are working on between 6-12 projects at any one time and are a growing business. As part of a larger construction group they are able to draw on wider skills, experience and resource.
Exceptional opportunities exist across the Group for the right candidate.
Primary functions will include:
- Design of precast and natural stone building facades
- Production of shop drawings of P.C panels including reinforcement details
- Liaison with clients & professional team
We would expect the right candidate to have the following skills/experience:
- Good knowledge of building construction, understanding of construction contracts
- Experience in use in AutoCAD™ and BIM
- Knowledge of precast, stone or facades in general is beneficial
- Good communication skills
- All necessary IT skills are taken as a given
