A well-established architectural metalworking company has a requirement for a highly experienced Architectural Steel Site Manager to lead the engineering delivery team to provide high quality service to clients, liaising with other management as well teams of engineers. Role will be based on sites across London and home counties, across both Domestic and Commercial properties

As the successful Architectural Steel Site Manager, you will be

  • Architectural Steel Site Manager will be completing the planning and programming of steel work (and associated packages) installation
  • Architectural Site Manager will produce risk assessments, method statements, and associated site documentation
  • Architectural Steel Site Manager will give direction and co-ordination of all site activities carried out by the company and its sub-contractors, with particular focus on health and safety, planning, programming and co-ordination
  • Architectural Site Manager will be working mainly in London and home counties, however there maybe work based further away occasionally

To be successful as the Architectural Steel Site Manager, you must have:

  • Architectural Site Manager must be highly experienced working with Architectural steel works
  • Architectural Site Manager will have experience in successful management of teams of engineers
  • Architectural Site Manager with stair surveying experience is an advantage
  • Architectural Site Manager will be a commutable distance of London
  • Architectural Site Manager must have SMSTS and minimum of Gold CSCS card, and IPAF, PASMA and first Aid would be an advantage

Architectural Steel Site Manager - Up to £55k dependent on experience + package + pension
