Architectural Technician Job in Ashford, Kent

This successful Architectural Practice now has a new Architectural Technician job available, based in its office in central Kent. The role offers a strong salary and flexible working options.

The practice mainly focuses on residential projects including high-end residential one-off projects including extensions and refurbishments. The office is based in the Kent countryside and is made up of a team of 20 people at all experience levels. The new role would suit an architectural technician with residential experience who is keen to manage their own projects in the high-end residential sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on the production of technical drawing packages
  • Taking responsibility for the running of projects from RIBA stages 3- 6 on residential projects
  • Visiting site
  • Point of contact for clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Architectural Technician with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
  • UK residential experience is essential
  • Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
  • Able to lead projects from planning onwards
  • Confident working directly with clients
  • Due to the location you will require your own transport

What you get back

  • £40,000 - £45,000
  • Hybrid working
  • Early finishes on a Friday at 3.00pm
