Architectural Technician Job in Ashford, Kent
This successful Architectural Practice now has a new Architectural Technician job available, based in its office in central Kent. The role offers a strong salary and flexible working options.
The practice mainly focuses on residential projects including high-end residential one-off projects including extensions and refurbishments. The office is based in the Kent countryside and is made up of a team of 20 people at all experience levels. The new role would suit an architectural technician with residential experience who is keen to manage their own projects in the high-end residential sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working on the production of technical drawing packages
- Taking responsibility for the running of projects from RIBA stages 3- 6 on residential projects
- Visiting site
- Point of contact for clients
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualified Architectural Technician with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
- UK residential experience is essential
- Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
- Able to lead projects from planning onwards
- Confident working directly with clients
- Due to the location you will require your own transport
What you get back
- £40,000 - £45,000
- Hybrid working
- Early finishes on a Friday at 3.00pm
