Architectural Technician Job in Bournemouth

Architectural Technician job now available in Bournemouth. Our client is an award-winning multidisciplinary practice that now has a role for an Architectural Technician.

The company has three offices, working across planning, master planning, environmental services, landscape architecture, and architecture, on a wide range of projects including housing, leisure, and infrastructure nationally.

Due to continued growth, they now require an Architectural Technician to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work on the production of planning and technical drawings
  • Working under the guidance of the project runner
    ¬- Develop an understanding of project design and the client's needs
  • Attend client, consultant, and local authority meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years UK working experience
  • ACIAT or MCIAT or working towards
  • Experience with UK residential projects
  • Master planning experience would be beneficial
  • Good communication skills
  • Skilled in the use of Vector works would be highly beneficial
  • Keen desire to continue to develop professionally.
