Architectural Technician Job in Winchester, Hampshire

Our client who is an AJ100 practice, currently has an Architectural Technician job available, in their Winchester office. The company offers many additional benefits such as hybrid working, flexible working and the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects.

This multidisciplinary company has 10 offices based in the UK and abroad, with over 300 members of staff. They work on a diverse range of projects including residential, education, commercial, retail, and health.

Due to continued success and a secured pipeline of future work, they are now seeking an Architectural technician, to join the team in its Hampshire office, based near Winchester.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on technical design packages
  • Take a lead in the running of project stages
  • Communicating with internal and external teams
  • Developing technical specifications to support work packages
  • Organising and collating of technical information
  • Using Revit on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
  • Track record of working on UK-based projects
  • Good communication skills with colleagues and clients
  • Experience with Residential, commercial, care or healthcare projects would be beneficial
  • Skills in Using Revit is essential
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
  • Level 2 BIM experience would be advantageous.
