Role: Architectural Technician (Junior - Intermediate)

Location: Co Carlow

Salary: €25k - €35k

We are currently seeking a Structural Architectural Technician in a one of Irelands largest Design and Build contractors

Architectural Technician Role Description

  • Preparing planning applications
  • Tender and construction drawings
  • Preparing drawing packages
  • Role is primarily office based
  • Occasional site visits may be required

Architectural Technician Experience Required:

  • Educational qualification in Architectural Technology or similar
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Previous experience working on planning applications & technical drawings for commercial and residential projects
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
  • Strong IT skills, including in AutoCAD
  • Proven experience of taking a project from concept design through to Practical Completion
  • Proficiency and experience in Revit would be advantageous
  • Full Irish drivers licence and access to own vehicle
