Due to ongoing success one of the largest architectural practices in Hampshire are seeking an Experienced Architectural Technician to join its team based in Fareham, Hampshire.

This practice is one of the most established names in the area and has built a reputation for producing eye catching contemporary designs.
The team of over 50 people works across a range of projects including Bespoke and developer-led residential projects, Commercial and some of the most well known buildings in the region.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Architectural Technician to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on the production of technical drawing packages
  • Focus on developing Standard house types for large scale residential projects
  • Lead and support junior members of the team
  • Using Revit on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
  • Experience in UK residential projects would be essential
  • Strong Revit skills.
