Architectural Technologist Job in Central London
An Architectural Technologist job is now available working on technical stages for a range of multi-unit projects.
Established 5 years ago, this firm is covering a range of residential and multi-unit projects. With offices in Winchester and London, they practice looks to offer good work-life balance and develop an environment to enhance the wellbeing of their staff.
Role & Responsibilities
- Production of technical detailing drawings
- Responsibility for the delivery of projects
- Co-ordinate with external consultants
- Complete site inspections, manage on site procedures and liaise with contractors
- Work through RIBA stages 4-7.
Required Skills & Experience
- Revit skills are essential
- Ideally 4 years' relevant post qualification experience
- Experience working on multi-unit projects in London
- Proven experience in RIBA stages 4-7
- Technical design and detailing skills using 3D BIM
- Experience with contract administration and on-site management
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to liaise effectively with team members
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

- Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 (flexible for more experienced candidates)
