Roles: Architectural Technologist
Location: Monaghan
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Our client is a diverse multi-disciplinary practice consisting of Registered Architects, Chartered Engineers, Building Surveyors and Architectural Technologists . The range of services we offer are extensive and include architecture, structural / civil engineering, detailed technical design, building surveying, project management, project administration, FSC / DAC, legal mapping and others. We create roles that are varied and allow you to develop your career in a dynamic and challenging environment.
What's important:
- AutoCAD experience, Problem solving, Creativity, Organised and a Team player.
- Preparation of Statutory applications - Planning, FSC, DAC, BCMS.
- Developing and producing detailed technical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Co-ordinating and liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards.
- Conducting site surveys, inspections, and progress meetings.
- Researching and advising on materials, products, and technologies.
- Managing and delivering projects within budget and time constraints.
Additional desirable skills
- In depth understand in technical structural detailing.
- Extensive REVIT experience / ability to lead transition from CAD to BIM.
