Overview:

The main purpose of the role is the conversion of sales leads and visitors to the development into reservations and to achieve the development target unit sales by forecast dates.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring safety and compliance at all times in line with Kier Health & Safety procedures;
  • Managing the appearance of the site to make sure it is always kept to an excellent standard as an advert for the quality product on offer;
  • Ensuring Sales Risk assessments are carried out as and when required and report any defects;
  • Using purchasing incentive effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit;
  • Drive pricing to achieve site sales targets at the best possible sales value;
  • Reporting all cancellations and delays to forecasted completions;
  • Providing on - going development for the sales advisers;
  • Encouraging forward planning by reviewing monthly targets with sales advisers;
  • Demonstrating a strong business understanding and actively supporting the sales team in the achievement of each site target;
  • Assisting in the research on potential and existing developments as and when required by the Head of Sales;
  • Monitoring the use of Marble CRM system to ensure all potential leads are maximised;
  • Conducting market research on a monthly basis;
  • Contributing to the development of marketing campaigns;
  • Escalation for customer complaints, ensuring these are professionally managed to satisfy both customer and the needs of the business;
  • Promoting company mortgage arrangements including referral to independent mortgage advice and recommended solicitor.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proven track record in new home sales;
  • Proficient in sales techniques;
  • Clear and effective communicator in both verbal and written communication;
  • Experience in managing teams across multiple sites;
  • Proficient in the use of standard IT software;
  • Full UK driving license.
