The Client:
Our client is a leading name in the manufacture of recycled construction products, selling into major house builders, manufacturers of T Beams.. The brand has gone from strength to strength and through these lean years they have seen fantastic growth. Their two manufacturing plants are both working shifts round the clock to meet the demand of the current customer base. Building on this successful brand and in fact successful area, they are now looking for a proven Area Sales Manager to take the area forward.
The Role
To persuade customers to buy the full range products, to maintain and developing existing relationships by effect range selling, and actively secure new business. The mix of business is 70% Account/ Project Management and 30% new business development. To supply market feedback on company's product range, competitor's products and promotional activity back through the management channels.
About you
To apply for this fantastic opportunity you will need to have a proven track record in sales of a construction related product. You will have existing relationships with House builders and Groundwork contractors.. You will be a hunter rather than have the traits of a farmer.
Ideally you will be from a heaviside background, aggregates, concrete, ready mix and will sell your product through groundwork contractors.
