Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities
We are looking for an Asset Management Data Analyst lead a fast-paced team with specialist knowledge of Assets and Planned Maintenance Regimes for our Asset Management team. Reporting to the Asset Management Team Lead, this role will support BAU asset management changes, migrations, and new contract mobilisations across Kier Places.
You will be aligned to Kier Places, which includes our Facilities Management & Housing Maintenance business streams, covering contracts and projects relating to social housing repairs and planned maintenance; recladding for housing association residential blocks; PFI Schools, Police & Fire Rescue Authorities; and Government, Ministry of Justice & Home Office Hard Services delivery.
The role is critical to delivering our asset management strategy and supporting the day-to-day operations and providing expertise to the business. You will drive quality and excellent customer service, ensure all tickets are handled efficiently and effectively within agreed SLA's.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience working in an asset management role
- Information acquisition - well developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities in identifying gaps in the available information required to understand a problem or situation and devising means of remedying such gaps
- Must have good appreciation and understanding of Asset Hierarchies and PPM Maintenance Regimes in a facilities management setting
- Attention to detail - applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring that nothing is overlooked
- Data manipulation skills using Excel
