Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Projects require an Assistant Cost Planner?to support the wider team in providing commercial and procedural support. You will assist developing cost plans in line with the cost management of the project as well as assisting in the commercial preparations for bids. As an Assistant Cost Planner, you will positively contribute to the improvement in quality of response for all bids and pre-qualifications as well as collating cost and commercial data, maintaining accurate records accordingly.
What do we need from you?
You will have a Construction related accredited qualification as well as competency using Excel, specifically pivot table experience. Background knowledge of NRM is also required and you will ideally have a genuine interest in building techniques and methods and an understanding of the specifications of buildings and cost impacts.
