Assistant Facilities Manager

Breedon are currently seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team, based at Breedon on the Hill. You will support the Office Facilities Manager (UK) to execute the property strategy and facilitate the operational and tactical objectives across the service lines.

You will be accountable for a diverse portfolio and the delivery of assigned projects that enable the strategic objectives of the core business.

We are looking for an individual with the ability to influence and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will be people focused, with excellent attention to detail and the drive to make it happen.

You will have good verbal and interpersonal skills and excellent written communication skills, along with full knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental practices including relevant H&S legislation.

The successful candidate will ensure…

  • Budget control and cost management
  • Asset and contract management
  • Health and Safety compliance across the built environment
  • The delivery of refurbishment projects ensuring compliance with CDM regulations
  • Gap analyses are completed and the cycle for continuous improvement is maintained
