We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Production & IMS Manager to effectively manage regional operational compliance of Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, Energy & Green House Gases and Responsible Sourcing company standards. About the role You will monitor the integrated management systems (IMS) updates and ensure changes are rolled out to operation stakeholders. Elements to the role include: To understand respective site production operations and successfully plan and implement IMS requirements in liaison with site management to minimise impact on operational downtime To support site production managers to successfully implement detailed operating procedures To maintain close working relationships with regional CPD management & associated business support staff To identify and recommend opportunities for business EBITDA improvement identified during the course of these duties Actively promote Corporate Health, Safety & Welfare values to achieve stated aim of Zero Harm for all employees, with clear adherence to LH Safety rules Ensure sites are operating to agreed product quality standards, BSI conformance and ISO 9001 quality requirements, responding to internal quality audits and external customer complaints Support site management to ensure manufacturing efficiency measures (OEE, REE, Lean) are implemented and embedded in operations What will you bring?
