Assistant Project Manager (Construction) new role with the growing PM team of a National Property Consultancy. Are you looking to develop your career as a Construction Project Manager? This is a great opportunity to join a professional and well respected team delivering some great projects to a range of clients.
The successful team will be working closely with senior team members delivering projects from inception to completion, assisting in planning, appointing and managing design teams, administering contracts etc working closely with the client until completion. You will therefore have involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager with a relevant degree in a Construction / Built Environment subject such as Construction Project Management and at least 1-2 years construction industry experience in Project Management. Ideally experience gained would be within a Consultancy / Private Practice / Client side environment but this isn't essential. Strong communication skills are a must however as are good IT skills.
