Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Residential & Office Fit-Out
Bristol | £30,000-£35,000 basic | Main Contractor
A leading main contractor specialising in residential and commercial fit-out projects is looking for a confident and eager Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Bristol.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the QS team across residential and office fit-out projects
- Assisting with cost planning, procurement, valuations, and variations
- Managing subcontractor packages and supporting on final accounts
- Working closely with site teams to monitor progress and costs
- Helping to ensure commercial efficiency across projects
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years' experience in a quantity surveying or assistant QS role
- Main contractor experience preferred (open to other sector other than residential or fit out)
- Strong numeracy, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills - you'll be client-facing and team-oriented
- Degree-qualified (QS or related discipline)
