Location: Solihull, Birmingham with sites within a 1-hour commute
Contract: Permanent, full time
Kier Construction Midlands are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will be working on Healthcare projects valued from £5m - £60m.
Responsibilities
- You will be supporting the project team in all commercial matters, liaising with site teams, taking the lead with contract administration. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely submission of valuations and making sure cash flow is maximised.
- A key part of this progressive role will be assisting with; internal valuations/VCR/End Life Forecasts, preparing accurate and timely monthly valuation reports and organising the procurement and management of subcontract packages.
- Qualified or working towards your HND/HNC or similar in Quantity Surveying
- Have previous workplace experience in a commercially focused environment
