I'm delighted to be assisting a leading, family owned, award winning Construction and Property organisation in their search for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

The company have an excellent reputation in the Built Environment sector, enjoying an enviable portfolio of high profile Clients, and a £150m annual turnover.

The successful candidate will join one of the most highly regarded business units in the UK, which is a specialist provider of Planned and Project related schemes to Local Authority and Housing Associations across Yorkshire. Project values range from £100k to £10m and are diverse and interesting in their nature, ranging from Modular Housing, Fire Risk, Adaptations, Renovations, Installations and Environmental Improvements.

You will support the dynamic and collaborative Commercial team with a variety of activities including:

• Subcontractor management
• Re-measurements and Valuations
• Applications for payment
• Subcontractor procurement
