Daniel Owen North are currently working with a highly regarded national contractor to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a number of social housing refurbishment projects in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be from a trade background and will have worked in a management capacity on social housing refurb projects.

This contract is 12+ plus on a freelance basis but the client would also be open to a permanent position.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management of Trades & Subbies
  • H&S
  • Site Inductions
  • Liaison with the TLO/RLO
  • Dealing with customers in a live environment
  • PM/CM updates and walk arounds
