Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional house builder to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a busy, multi-phase site in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have experience in volume house building from both open market sale and social plots. This is for an initial 3 month period with further work available on a number of other sites in Yorkshire.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversight of H&S
• Inductions
• Management of finishing trades & snags
• Assistance with customer care
• Working alongside 1 Site Manager and 1 Assistant

You must have...

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
