Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional house builder to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a busy large scale development in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate will have experience in volume house building from both open market sale and social plots. This is a temp to perm position, however a straight permanent position would be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversight of H&S
• Inductions
• Management of finishing trades & snags
• Customer Care
• Working alongside the Site Manager
• Reporting to the SM and CM

You must have...

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
