Daniel Owen are a recruitment business working withing Building and construction. We are currently working with a regional house builder looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a development in Yeovil.

An Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for:

  • Day to Day management of site activities
  • Reporting to the site management team to assist with on site duties
  • Assisting with RAMS
  • Assisting with H&S
  • Inductions
  • Assisting with the Management of build programmes
  • Oversight of trades & sub-contractors
  • NHBC Liaison
  • Customer Home Demos

An Assistant Site Manager must have:

  • SMSTS/ SSSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • some experience working within the housing sector would be a benefit
