Location: East London - Site working, with travel to the office required

Responsibilities
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will work as part of a high performing team onsite, which will include the Site Manager, Resident Liaison Officer, Banksmen and Labourers and our supply chain delivery partners; you will report to the Site Manager and link in with the wider team of Design Managers and Quantity Surveyors; and using your operational expertise, you'll ensure risks are identified and mitigated whilst co-ordinating subcontractors and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner.
What are we looking for?
This role of Assistant Site Manager is great for you if:
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications
- Experience with a Main contractor in a Housing Maintenance Environment
- Proven track record of delivering external & internal refurbishment projects
