JOB TITLE: Assistant Site Manager

SALARY BAND: £200-240per day

LOCATION: ilfracombe

Assistant Site Manager required in the ilfracombe area. We are currently working with a established contractor. They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager with experience in the housing sector to work in a tight knit team delivering quality houses.

The working hours are 7:30AM- 4.30PM Monday to Friday with a potential opportunity for weekend work.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • RAMS
  • H&S
  • Inductions
  • Management of build programmes
  • Oversight of trades & sub-contractors
  • Contracts Manager & Director site walk around

An Assistant Site Manager must have...

  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Valid UK Driving License
