Location: Plymouth - initial site will be located at Torquay

We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services, working on prestigious projects such as HS2 and Hinkley Point C.
We are now recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to help us with all administrative support on a busy construction site.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Site Manager you will work closely with the Site Managers overseeing production on a range of commercial & mixed use developments. You will need to manage delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. You will oversee teams of subcontractors, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure safety at all times on site.
What do we need from you?
- Previous experience on large commercial or residential developments
- HNC or above in a Construction related discipline
- Strong commercial acumen
