We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager with a proven track record of managing residential builds and seeking a permanent role and career development. You will be required to assist the site manager and co-ordinate trades, direct labour and materials; as well as liaising with suppliers to ensure that the onsite construction team is fully resourced. You will also be responsible for the successful and safe delivery of the exceptionally high quality dwellings associated with our client.

The successful applicant must have excellent management skills, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, driven and ambitious Site Manager to help them deliver their expansion plans, and meet customer expectations.

Required experience:
* Site Management / Site Supervisor
* Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or SSSTS for Assistants
* Competent in Timber Frame Construction
* Competent in Traditional Construction
* First Aid at work Qualification (3 Day)
* CSCS card holder (Black Site Managers CSCS preferred)
* Must hold a full valid UK driving license
