Assistant Site Manager - South East London - Construction
Salary: up to £40 000 basic
There is an opportunity for an assistant site manager to join a medium sized main contractor in south east London and join their education division. My client operate in the Residential, Education, Commercial and have won a significant amount of work in across schools in South London so are looking to add a capable and driven assistant site manager to their team. You will be starting on a £2 million school refurbishment managing the internals package and working under the Senior Site Manager. Depending on your ability and application to the role, you will be given the ability to progress to site manager and become a pillar in this growing business.
The requirements for this role are:
- Experience managing internals packages or in the education sector
- Possess a valid CSCS and First Aid certificate
- Experience working for a tier 1/2 contractor
- Be driven and capable and show real application to the role
- Live in South London or Kent or within reasonable commutable distance of the South London region
