Assistant Site Manager Required:
We are currently working with a leading residential developer who are looking to strengthen their construction team by adding an Assistant Site Manager on a 3-month contract.
You will be working with the Site Manager closely to ensure high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality within the site operations. You will be managing purely internals and taking the units from 1st fix through to completion. You will be a key part of the construction team and will manage the day-to-day activities of the sub-contractors alongside maintaining a high level of health & safety as paramount.
You must have the following for your application to be successful:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- You will be required to have a proven track record of working on residential sites.
