Daniel Owen North are currently recruiting for 2x Assistant Site Managers for residential developments in York and Hull. My clients are both regional developers who need a push with their Site Management over the busy summer months. There is potential for continuity after the initial 3 months for the right candidate, as they both have a heavy land bank with new sites due to start in the coming months.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager with day to day running of the site
- Inductions
- Monitor H&S
- Assisting customers prior to move in
- Customer Care
- Manage Finishing Trades
