Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional house-builder to recruit an Assistant Site Manager in Wakefield. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant Site Manager on housing developments, have a good eye for snagging and ideally be from a trades background, however degree qualified managers will also be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Inductions
- Producing snagging lists
- Reporting to the Site Manager on snags and providing updates
- Managing sub-contractors and finishing trades
- Oversight of H&S
- Home demos
- Preparing plots for CML's
