Daniel Owen are currently working with a national house builder, looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a 6 week freelance contract in Burton-on-Trent. The ideal candidate will have experience in a managerial position with a national or regional house builder and be available for the next 6 weeks minimum.

Roles & Responsibilities

• H&S
• Management of finishing trades
• Management of sub-contractors
• Progress updates to Site Manager
• Oversight of completion of plots
• Inductions
