Assistant Site Manager Job in Edinburgh

A new Assistant Site Manager role with one of the UK's leading timber frame housebuilders offering on-going career progression to the successful candidate.

Our client is one of the UK's top housebuilders with sites operating across Scotland and Northern England.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assisting and reporting to the Site Manager
  • Meeting corporate targets (customer satisfaction, performance, health and safety)
  • Ensure effective resource management
  • Deliver accurate information to site/construction manager
    -Recruit, motivate, and help develop required skills within your team
    -Continuously look to improve business projects
    -Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external team members

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing multi-trade skills on timber frame build projects to pre-agreed targets
  • Microsoft Office
  • 5 day CITB
  • 4 day First Aid Certificate
  • CSCS
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 desirable but not essential
