Assistant Site Manager Jobs in Oxfordshire
I am looking to recruit 2 Assistant Site Managers for a top 10 UK housebuilder for developments in the Oxfordshire region. Our client is looking to speak to candidates with extensive experience in the new build sector, a pride in the job award would be an advantage. These positions are looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus.
Spread across nearly 15 offices with over 2,000 employees, our client is recognised as one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. They are now looking for Assistant Site Managers for 2 different developments near Oxford.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager on designated phase or development
- Comply with duties as set in the organisations health and safety policies
- Continuously monitor health and safety on specific development
- Inspect quality and presentation to ensure that the highest standards are being achieved
- Ensure that quality and presentation checks are in line with plans of improvement
- Ensure full understanding of the customer journey in all stages.
Required Skills & Experience
- New build experience
- Literate IT skills
- CSCS Card
- PITJ award advantageous
- Full UK Driving License.
What you get back
- Salary up to £50,000
- Car Allowance up to £4,000
- 15% bonus.
