This Assistant Store Manager role will include:
* Assistant Store Manager - jointly responsible for running a small team
* Help to manage and drive sales / KPI targets
* Motivating the team to provide first class customer service
* Joint responbility of the day to day running of the store
This Assistant Store Manager will have:
* Experience within an retail / sales / customer service / engineering environment or similar
* Previous experience as a supervisor / team leader / junior manager or similar position
* Previous experience achieving sales targets / KPI's and motivating a team.
* Live commutable to Glasgow
