Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Based in Oxfordshire

The Role

The main duties for this role are;

  • Responding to tender enquiries.
  • Preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Preparing monthly valuations.
  • Join meetings with both Developers and Clients in the office and on site.

  • Strong Maths
  • Competent with Excel/Spreadsheets
  • Good at building relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers
  • Attention to detail
  • Interest in Groundworks and Construction
  • Dedicated and responsible

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of working in the construction industry
  • Previous QS experience
  • Driving licence essential

Salary & Package

  • £25k - £35k depending on experience
