Assistant Architectural Technician -Hinckley, Leicestershire

Assistant Architectural Technician job in Hinckley, Leicestershire joining one of the UK's largest privately owned house-building companies this role is a great opportunity to go client side and work directly for an influential developer with projects across the UK. For this role, they are offering up to £30,000, a discretionary yearly bonus, and a company car/allowance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage projects on-site and handle queries as they come up
  • Producing and amending site layouts and house-type planning drawings
  • Liaising with planners when required
  • Attending any meetings required for the design and technical teams
  • Reporting to a senior architectural technician and assistant product design manager
  • Working collaboratively within the design and technical team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide team of multiple disciplines
  • 2+ years' experience in large-scale residential
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Adobe software
  • Full UK driving licence and car.
