Associate Director Role

As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in managing both pre and post contract duties within the healthcare sector. You will work collaboratively within a team of around 20 professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while mentoring junior team members.

You will be responsible for:

    Leading the healthcare team on NEC contracts Managing pre and post contract activities Liaising with NHS clients on major projects Supporting and developing junior staff Overseeing project budgets and financial reporting Ensuring compliance with industry standards

The Associate Director Requirements

    BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree Preferably MRICS qualified Proven experience within the healthcare sector Strong understanding of NEC contracts Background working within a private practice or consultancy Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
