A forward-thinking civil and structural engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead its Civil Engineering team.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone passionate about sustainable infrastructure, team development, and delivering high-impact, design-led projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a high-performing civil engineering team
- Oversee multiple complex infrastructure, drainage, and highways projects
- Drive technical excellence and project profitability
- Support business development and client engagement
- Champion low-carbon, innovative design solutions
- Contribute to company-wide strategy and continuous improvement
About You:
- Chartered Civil Engineer (MICE)
- 5+ years post-chartered experience
- Proven track record in technical delivery and project leadership
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
- Previous team management and mentoring experience
- Comfortable operating at a strategic level and engaging with senior stakeholders
