New opportunity for a Associate / Director level Quantity Surveyor with a Construction Consultancy based in Birmingham city centre. This is a multi-disciplinary Consultancy offering both Project Management and Cost Consultancy services to a range of clients in sectors such as residential, commercial, education and leisure.
This firm is very passionate about the role of a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant, this is a technically strong practice who consistently demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the importance of professional development and delivery of the highest standards to clients. They work with clients in a variety of sectors with projects themselves varying considerably from smaller refurbishment schemes up to multi-million pound new build developments.
We're therefore looking for a client focused Senior Quantity Surveyor with good all round PQS / Quantity Surveying experience. Highly capable whilst still committed to learning, enthusiastic and keen to work in a great team of construction professionals. They continue to win work and are particularly busy in developer led schemes in sectors such as residential, commercial and industrial and we are looking for experience in these or similar sectors with in particular experience in the Employers Agent role, although we do need a PQS background. Given the seniority of the role we would also anticipate the successful candidate be fully (MRICS) qualified.
