Are you an Associate MRICS Quantity Surveyor looking for a role where your commercial judgment truly shapes projects and the business?

I'm partnering with a London-based consultancy that delivers high-value, design-led projects across the capital. This isn't just about managing costs - it's about leading teams, shaping client strategy, and influencing the direction of the consultancy.

  • Advise clients at a senior level, providing commercial insight and risk management.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of surveyors.
  • Help shape business growth, including proposals, tenders, and client strategy.

You bring:

  • A strategic mindset and commercial savvy.

Why this role is different:

  • You'll genuinely influence business decisions, not just project outputs.
  • Work on London projects that are varied, high-profile, and challenging.
  • Hybrid working and a culture that values experience, insight, and initiative.
  • Competitive package with clear recognition for your leadership and impact.
