Associate Director job in Canterbury, Kent

I have a Associate Director job with a leading real estate consultancy who are now looking for a Associate Director to join their rural land management team in Canterbury.

As the Associate Director, you'll be joining the rural land management team of 9 from the Canterbury office and will be personally tasked will the management of 6 clients across Kent.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Secure new business with new and existing clients
  • Act as the Principal Agent
  • Rural valuation work
  • Assist clients with the promotion of strategic land
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MRICS
  • CAAV would be an advantage
  • Proven track record in rural land management
  • Commercially aware
  • Flexible approach
  • Team player
  • Self motivated.
