Associate Director job in Lewes, East Sussex

I have a Associate Director job with a leading real estate consultancy who are now looking for a Associate Director to join their rural land management team in Lewes.

As the Associate Director, you'll be joining the rural land management team of 11 from the Lewes office and will be personally tasked will the management of 3 clients across East Sussex. This client is open to Rural Surveyors becoming Senior Rural Surveyors too.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Secure new business with new and existing clients
  • Act as the Principal Agent
  • Rural valuation work
  • Assist clients with the promotion of strategic land
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MRICS
  • CAAV would be an advantage
  • Proven track record in rural land management
  • Commercially aware
  • Flexible approach
  • Team player
  • Self motivated.
