The role:
- Project management of the on-going internal and external projects within Pharmanovia
- To carrying out daily project related activities including maintenance of project plan, co-ordination with the Pharmanovia team
- To plan, track and monitor strategic and acquisition project plans to meet within the pre-defined project timelines, to meet business goals and objectives
- To aid ongoing building of professional relationships with partner companies via defined communication channels on a global level
- Financial - involvement in M&A projects, liaison with the Investment team and various modelling exercised, as well as calculation and presentation of financial prospects
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage, and coordinate various M&A projects, including Due Diligence processes and collaboration with the Corporate Investment Unit on various financial models and projections
- Managing and coordinating the Product Development Pipeline, working closely with the Product Development team to aid the shortlisting and transition of pipeline initiatives
- Designing project plans aligning to internal requirements and deadlines, using Excel & GanntPro
- Maintaining and tracking details project plans across multiple operational departments
- Identify potential project problems and risks, and mitigate contingencies & implement corrective actions
- Production of monthly MI reporting and ADHOC reporting, as well as preparation and presentation of monthly updates to key shareholders
- Optimise current and manage operational processes for allocated projects to meet end goals
- Develop and manage ongoing professional relationships with Pharmanovia's key partner companies
About you - what you will need to have:
- Work experience gained in the pharma or corporate sector
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Travel will be required with the role within and outside the UK.
