Would you be interested in joining a well established, multi disciplinary property consultancy to assist in the growth and development of their Civil & Structural Team in Reading?
The work includes a wide variety of buildings structures projects, including large complex schemes up up to £200m, to small, local client schemes. Work is both UK and international with interested clients such as F1 Teams, motor manufacturers, schools/universities, contractors and developers.
The firm have been running for over 50 years, continually invest in their people and keep up to date with new technologies. They have a low staff turnover and pride themselves on technical excellence and delivery of projects on time and to high standard. The business has over 1000 employees across the UK.
This will be a client facing role, where your responsibilities will include managing the civil and structural team, dealing with clients and winning work. You will be involved in business development, financial responsibility for your team, development and team growth.
You must be Chartered MICE or MIStructE.
Experience in a similar lead role is essential.
