Associate Project Manager role for a Construction Consultancy client based in the South-West
On behalf of my client, an established construction consultancy in the South-West of England, I am seeking a driven Associate Project Manager to join their expanding team.
My client delivers impactful projects throughout the region, spanning healthcare, education, commercial and residential sectors. With a strong pipeline of work, they're looking for a talented Project Manager to support their next phase of growth.
The role involves managing projects valued between £5M-£50M, working alongside a collaborative team of construction professionals. You'll oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring client objectives are met through effective leadership and technical expertise.
Core responsibilities:
- Strategic project planning and delivery
- Risk and value management
- Team leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Contract administration
- Financial control and reporting
- Client brief development and scope management
They are looking for someone with proven project management experience in construction, strong
commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the South West construction market would be beneficial.
