Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team and supporting the Cost Management Director in a variety of tasks. You will be managing projects throughout their lifecycle while also focusing on business development and nurturing junior staff's growth.
You will be responsible for:

Running projects from concept to completion
Supporting the Cost Management Director
Engaging in business development activities
Overseeing and mentoring junior staff members
The Associate Quantity Surveyor Requirements

BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Experience working on Retail and/or Education projects
MRICS or currently working towards
Experience within a PQS/consultancy environment
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
